Wellness brand triples review submissions after switching to Junip

The problem: This brand was paying a premium and getting capped on how many review requests they could send. Their review volume wasn't a reflection of how many happy customers they had — it was a reflection of an artificial limit that they weren’t willing to pay even more to avoid. Over the last couple of years using this leading reviews provider, their monthly review collection was declining.

Why they switched: Two things were holding them back, and Junip fixed both:

  1. The cap had to go. Unlimited orders on every Junip plan meant they could finally ask every eligible customer for a review — not just as many as their old limit allowed.
  2. The forms actually get completed. Junip's mobile-first, intuitive review forms meant more of the customers who got asked actually followed through. More requests and a higher completion rate, compounding on each other.

The outcome: Review collection more than tripled — roughly 3.5× their previous monthly average — and the lift held month after month for the last six months. They’re also getting all of this for less: their monthly plan price dropped by more than half. More reviews, lower bill — the opposite of the trade-off they'd been stuck with.
