Living.Fit Increases Review Submission Rate by 114%

Living.Fit, a DTC fitness marketplace, previously used Judge.me to gather and display reviews from their customers. As a brand that prioritizes making customers happy and listening to their feedback, it's important that customers can easily leave a review. However, this was not the case with Judge.me.

The challenge with Judge.me

Living.Fit faced several challenges with Judge.me. The outdated email templates and cumbersome review forms made it difficult for customers to leave a review. Considering 80% of all reviews are submitted on mobile, Judge.me's long forms made submitting a review on mobile a nightmare.
